How to setup the Microsoft Teams Integration

BlueTally lets you receive notifications directly in Microsoft Teams, so your entire team can keep an eye on what's going on. Setup your integration in only 4 steps:
Find the channel you'd like to use

Click on the three dot menu and then click on "Connectors"

Search for "Incoming Webhook" and click "Add"

Give it a name (like BlueTally), upload an icon (download our icon here), and click "Create"

Copy the Webhook URL that appears and click "Done", then enter that URL into your BlueTally account settings under Microsoft Teams

That's it! You will now receive messages in Teams when items are checked in/out, warranties or licenses are expiring, audits are due, or assets are due for check-in.
